King's Roofing holds Maryland MHIC (Home Improvement Commission) licensing and serves Montgomery County communities from Bethesda to Kensington. Maryland's housing stock — including Bethesda and Chevy Chase's pre-war Georgians and Tudors with slate roofing, and Silver Spring and Rockville's postwar and mid-century homes — requires roofing expertise that spans premium historic materials and standard architectural shingles equally well.
